OUR KITCHEN

The Old Firehouse runs a "scratch" kitchen, which means what you get is always house-made, fresh, original and delicious!

Executive Chef Ian Blom and his kitchen staff seek the best ingredients from the Cowichan Valley and beyond, using them to create a selection of dishes you won't find anywhere else.  The menu is seasonally updated with new offerings, so there's always something new to try.

 


Tues/Wed/Thurs: Dinner Menu Served 5 pm - 9 pm

Friday/Saturday: Dinner Menu Served 5 pm - 10 pm

*Most Saturdays: Brunch 11 am - 2 pm
